What you are going to need to do is pull the fuel pressure regulator. I think that one of the O-Rings are torn. Make sure to bleed off the fuel pressure before you pull the regulator and then you will need to go and get a new o-ring and put a very light coat of Vaseline on it so it slips back in without catching.
