Motor cycle shop , J.C.Whitney , swap meet they even have them with skulls or spiders in custom chrome catalog. I used the weld mark in the taillight as the center point and used a step drill bit to get desired hole size. I used a little clear silicone to make the seal and a long screwdriver with a cloth wraped around it to bend over the tabs. You'll have to take the lights out to do every thing.
