This guys are fantastic: Horseless Carriage 1-800-631-7796.
The driver made the dealer change tires when he picked it up. The insides of the truck are specially built with lifts and stuff to transport vehicles. He made the whole unloading process a real show.

I have cars shiped back and forth between the east and west coast 3-4 times a year and have NEVER had a problem with Horseless Carriage. You'll pay for the service but in the the end it is well worth it.
just my 3 cents worth
