I wonder if the different throttle pedal assembly is causing the problem? It would make sense since the problem is not noticed until almost 100% throttle input from the pedal assembly. The TAC and the Throttle Body are at the correct frequencies as seen with all the trucks using it. The only difference right now is the pedal assembly and the custom Westers Tune?
