How do you disassemble the steering wheel

in order to access the buttons/switches? Is it a matter of pulling off the horn/airbag cover and removing mounting screws for the trim piece?

Reason I ask is, even though I had the buttons replaced under warranty I may need to replace them again. Don't ask.

The switch is like $15 at GM Parts Direct, I just want to be able to swap it out myself, if possible.

Wingrider? Any advice help would be appreciated.
