If she can't make them in a reasonable amount of time WHY is she cashing the checks? She should hold the checks until she is ready to ship. Doing what she is doing is just short of theft as I see it. At least she should return the money saying she is having problems making the pieces. The whole thing sounds shady to me. STAY AWAY they sound like con artists.
