The door lock buttons are an easy custom touch - there are a lot of different styles available for older vehicles - dice, smooth, bright colors, etc.
I like the stock ones - keep in mind GM went out of their way to make them look like they did in the "old days" instead of the slides mounted in the armrests as they do in most everything else.
