The first 2 photos are of my stock engine cover which I had my Chevy dealer body shop paint in ricochet silver to match the truck. It cost me $80 to have it primed and painted. IMHO, well worth the money for some extra "wow" when you raise the hood. BTW, for those of you who have never removed the engine cover on the LS2, brace yourself, as that is one ugly looking sucker, I'm telling you. It will really make you appreaciate whatever engine cover you have over it.

The last 2 photos are of the extra set of simulated cargo strips that I ordered and added to the carpeted inside of the tailgate. This was not my original idea. I believe I saw it first from fanatic, "SS My R". I thought I'd give it a try as well. I took my truck to a local cruise-in this past weekend and folks there that were familiar with the SSR seemed to like it a lot from their positive comments.

Alex the extra cargo strips look like they came out great.
