I'm already well beyond that. I've got a case number with GM so they are working with the dealer for a resolution - so far no results. Started the process with the BBB for an arbitration hearing in case I get nowhere with GM. Will be contacting lemon law lawyers next week to get that process started id I have no results from the first two. I still have hope that the dealer can take care of me..
