I assume you mean how to upload video? I am new to the whole thing I just went out and bought a $200 Sony digital camera cheap and easy to use. Take the video, upload it to your "my pictures" then go to
http://www.streetfire.net/ and then video upload when you are done go to your video on the website and copy/paste the whole web address to the body of your message on this forum. It is a lot easier than it sounds.
