I ran down it 1/2 way in my SSR without any other traffic in front of me and don't recall that I had any brake fade. I was concerned about plowing through a curve because of the weight, but I never did. Going up hill you use the brakes a lot less you get to press on the gas a lot more....I liked going up better than going down
I've never been on a bike, so I can't compare.....
