The Driver Side

The Evap Purg Bracket will need to be removed. Ensure that the fuel pressure is discharged from the schrader valve on the fuel rail for the drivers side first. Then remove the 2 bolts that hold the Evap Purg Valve Bracket. Drill the bracket as pictured below so it will raise the bracket about 1/2". Reinstall the Evap Purg Valve Bracket, ensure that the o-ring is in place or a fuel leak will result:

Remove all the hoses from the drivers side of the supercharger, leave the hose on the Bypass Valve as it is plastic and can break real easily:

Tuck all the wiring down and use some zip ties to hold the wiring in place:

Tuck the transmission harness behind the #7 Plug wire so it is held back close to the firewall:

It is easiest to install the drivers side cover with the alternator removed. This is not necessary but it is recommended to aid in the installation. Once all the wiring is tucked down and back out of the way preinstall the cover so that it is the same height and location as the passenger side. The cover will be held in place by the vacuum lines and Evap Purg Valve:

Once the cover is installed so it matches the passenger side the reinstall the vacuum lines and Evap Purg Valve as pictured below. You can either continue to use the PCV Valve at the rear of the drives side cover or you can use a 3/8" vacuum plug to cap it off and install the vacuum lines as pictured. the cover has a relief so the line can be reconnected if you wish:
