I'm not sure our trucks can handle a 16" rotor with only a 19" wheel up front. Did they say it would?? Also never heard of Revolution Brake Co. I guess I need some enlightening.

Peace

The Brembo kit I was trying to get for our trucks was the GT Big Brake kit, which is a bigger rotor, bigger caliper, than what I think you are referring to. A front Brembo GT kit alone is in the $3K range. A simple oem replacement kit featuring Brembo components is certainly less. But we are talking about a major performance upgrade, not just a swap out of similar size rotors and the smaller, 2-piston Brembo calipers.

Brembo doesn't seem to be interested in moving forward with this, so that's why I'm now talking to Revolution Brakes, the company Wilwood referred me to as a quality company that takes Wilwood components and builds custom kits for those applications not offered off the shelf by Wilwood directly.

The 16" rotor should fit fine, but a template is needed to test fit. It is a question of caliper clearance and rotor/hat thickness. Keep in mind the larger diameter rotors are thinner than the stock rotors.
