My one question is this-Is it because we are 6 lugs that we can't adapt larger GM brakes, as are used on Vetts?? Oh yes, add me to the list.

I did the same thing for my wife's PT Cruiser. Wilwood sent me to Revolution Brakes (then called Precision Brakes) for a one-off kit. It came out nice, they did good work.
I don't know what the Corvette uses, but basically, if there was a setup that would fit our trucks, Wilwood would be trying to sell it already. So, I suspect the lug pattern is one issue, yes.
Revolution already has the specs and is ready to send me a template of the rotor and caliper for test fitting. They are holding off to see if there is any interest beyond my one kit. Also, they will need to send a template to someone with stock rims to make sure the kit will clear the stock rims as well as larger aftermarket rims like mine. If anyone wants to receive a template, let me know. Basically, they email a drawing to you, you print it out, cut it out, glue it to a piece of cardboard, take off your rim, and see if the template fits on the inside of the rim without touching. They will need one for the front as well as for the rear. Based on the results, they will adjust rotor diameter, thickness, hat thickness, and caliper size accordingly.
So, this list is now:
1. AKWARES
2. Pania
3. TeddsSSR
4. ?
5. ?
more?
Anybody with stock rims want to fit a template for us?
