New Water Problem
As many of you know I have been having a leakage problem with my SSR. Yesterday while traveling out to the HRPT we were caught in trentional downpours all the way out (same amount of rain as in Maggie Valley).
Steve was in passenger seat and looked down
there was a puddle of water by his feet.
We started tracking it down to find out that it was leaking under the dash and the components underneath were wet also.
By the time we got home the passenger carpet was soaked!!!!! It still is today…..I drove it to work as I probably won’t see it for a few weeks now.
Last visit they realigned the passenger side window for me. I had a few small leaks through there this time…… not has bad as prior to taking it in.
I called my service manager this morning……I’m taking it in right after work today!!!!! I want him to see how bad the water is on the passenger side. I have told him once they find the leak I want the carpet replaced and I asked that the passenger side seal be replaced also. I am extremely bummed out and hoping that they can trace whats going on.
Fuzzy was on hand to whitness the amount of water and gave us some tips. I feel it’s still under warrenty and should be fixed by the dealership.
