I dropped it off a little while ago
Steve (manager) was surprised to see how soaked the passenger carpet was. It rained at work today. When I went to put the drivers side seat belt on it was wet

I have to admit..............I'm really down today and even had a few tears in my eyes
I told him I wanted the carpet replaced after they fix the leaks he said policy doesn't let them do that. They usually clean and sterilize the carpet. I said that's not going to work with me and I'll fight it
He then replied............I'll take it to the proper channels and that he will do all he can for me
I hate the thought of knowing it's in again
I want to drive it
