Yellow Emmissions Warning Light

My engine light the one described as the Emissions Warning Light just came on and stays on. I checked the service manual and it says if you change the tire size or the Exhaust system it could trigger the light to come on. I have done both, put the new Magnaflo Cat Back system on and changed the Wheels to 22 in. all around. Does anyone know if there is a procedure to compensate for those changes I made or will it have to go to the dealership to have the computer reprogrammed?
