I agree that many here have similar mods with no issues so I'm not sure I would blame the wheels or exhaust just yet.
Hmmmmm, how about the gas cap? Can that cause the same light? I know it's an issue on some vehicles. If the cap is a little loose and the tank does not pressurize correctly it could set a light. Check the tightness and the condition of the cap, pull the fuse to reset the computer and drive it around the block.
