On "delivery day" for DOOPHUS back in July of 05, one of the prime "dos and don'ts" was NEVER CLOSE THE TAILGATE PRIOR TO THE DECK LID!
Bottom line . . . DECK LID FIRST . . . TAILGATE SECOND.
