What price to pay
Here in California I paid invoice which is aprox. $ 3,000 off sticker for an automatic. It will depend on the area and the dealers inventory. Although the dealers make a big deal about selling at their "invoice", there are many dealer incentives and allowances, so only the dealer, Chevy and God really know what their true out of pocket costs are.
Don't get too hung up on getting every last dollar out of thedeal. I'm known for doing battle with dealers just for the fun of it, my wife won't go with me anymore, but once I drove my SSR it was give it to me for invoice and let me out of here with everyone happy.
