It looks as if he moved the fenders outward to accomodate the opening of the doors out, to give more room for the doors to clear the hood. I didn't do that, although we did think of it. Wasn't sure I liked the look of the fender lining up with the hood like that, but it doesn't look bad on the Beast. It may be the only option when I start up on mine again. Summer in Alaska is the best time to drive, so no project work until winter...two months from now.
