4.56 Gear set up

Got my gears from Roy at J&S. They`re American gears like OEM. Interresting thing I picked up on from the installer, the housing on the SSR is aluminum. According to him, you have to allow more clearance when setting them up. He knew how much, but I don`t recall what he said. What I do know, Pasta Mike and I both had the same guy install and we have no noise. This guy builds race engines in his small shop. When asked how to break them in, he laughed. He said, just like a race engine--get out there and drive it. Still no noise and the gears are great......Paul

PS; If you buy gears through the mail, be sure to make sure you got the right gears. I got the wrong ones the first time. A real bummer.
