Clutch Problems

Called the dealer this AM as they never called back yesterday. Service Rep said they couldn't find any thing wrong with the clutch. He also told me I wouldn't like his answer. He was right about that ! Yesterday I offered him copies of posts from SSR Fanatic about the clutch problems. He never heard of SSR Fanatic and didn't want them. Today at 10:30 AM I gave him 15 pages of posts and 3 EMails I recvd last night from members about the problem. At 4:00 PM I called and he said they would replace the clutch and thanked me for the posts and EMail and said we have a great club. Also said GM did send out something to the dealers about the clutch and found it after reading our posts. Thanks to all for the info and EMails. It was the info required to stop the runaround that was coming. I believe the service techs just didn't know about the problem. The dealership has gone the extra mile to the fix the problem for me.
