Since last update I've spoken to the dealer twice to find out any progress on the clutch plate GM is supposed to be making up to replace one in there now. No one seems to know anything again. They told me to drive it and if it breaks down to call them and they'll come and get me. That has me seeing red. The SSr is parked and I'm still making payments as required. I have placed a call to GM. Explained problem to them and they said they would get back to me next week. I think the dealers hands are tied and maybe GM hopes the problem will go away. I explained I bought the SSR to drive and hope they can do something about this. I love the SSR but will not take it on the road to break down again. Has anyone else heard anything about this clutch plate?
