Recall?

From the information above, is GM going to recall the 05 Clutch plate? Not sure if I am reading the message from Vince right. Do you know what the date range is? What serial numbers will this need to be looked at?
Also note from previous comments, I did experance loss of gas pedel function twice. Turned off the car and restarted, this corrected the problem. Any info on this problem woutl be helpful.
