Well I put a 50 series on my 04 a couple years ago, Thought about the 40, Glad I didn't, The 50 was just right but after I got some more power it was loud but not to bad when you got up to speed, The more power you have the louder your mufflers are, I added just a little more power this year
and now it is way to loud for even me, The guy that I race with he drives a 7 sec. super pro and it is to loud for him but the big one is the wife, She said that has got to go, Even up to speed you can't hear the radio and when you talk it is what, What, What, I think the thing is to loud and I love the sound of open headers but after you drive a while it starts to get to you, I have been looking for a good performance muffler that is not so loud, Not much luck and the shop isn't having much luck, Might be something to remember if you plan on making more power later
