I did some research a while ago for another member. You can order the brake rotors from several companies with the 5 on 4 3/4" pattern and just have a new set of front hubs filled and redrilled. For the rear you can order new hardened axels and have the pattern you want drilled. This way you could bolt it all together in a weekend once you have everything there.
