The vast majority of potential buyers would not ever realzie the gearing was not stock. They would just say "hey, this one seems very responsive compared to the others I have drvien".
Any potential buyer astute enough to spot the 4.56 vs 3.73 gearing via speedometer vesus tachometer reading, would understand the massive benefit he is getting.
Any Fanatic would say "hey this saves me $800 in parts and labor, because everyone knows these vehicles need stiffer gearing than the factory installs".
I cannot see a negative scenario, unless you are thinking the ultimate long shot: that your specific SSR is going to end up someday in the future in concours competition. If so, I respectfully suggest that non-stock gearing is likely to be the least of any restoration concerns.
I really wouldn't sweat this. Once you have tried either 4.10 or 4.56, you will not want to stay with 3.73.
