That was also my concern on the one I saw here in PA... nice... new and sitting for 3+ years. Tires would be out of round (assuming they didn't move it) and the engine might have some rust build up... but since it has been inside in a heated showroom for the entire time... I don't think there would be much to worry about.

It was odd to see a new one just sitting there after so long... but this was a small backwoods dealer with maybe 20 cars on his lot. :-) His inventory book was hand written and pages of grease and notes. It was almost like stepping back 50 years in terms of a car dealership.
