Re. Diablo Predators on Ebay: In most cases, they are new and were bought from Diablosport but when Diablosport changed their policy re. the minimum advertised price, any dealer who had inventory and did not agree to the new policy was removed from their web site as an authorized dealer. Diablo states that their is no warranty on these products even though they built them. sold them to dealers and they have not been sold to any other buyers. Diablosport is breaking the law with this policy since they placed a warranty on these products to the end user. Diablo can not punish the end consumer since DS are the ones who changed the policy and left the dealer stuck with inventory. DS is putting the end user in the middle of the dispute and this is wrong. I spoke to two Ebay sellers last year who told me this story. I then contacted Diablosport via email and quoted the Federal law re. this matter. They didn't answer. I used to work for a very large retailer who sued a manufacturer over this very matter. The retailer won a very large settlement. It's just a matter of time until some retailer who got stuck with inventory takes this to court.
