We build a variety of stall speeds depending on application. Most SSR's get a 3000 stall converter, which is what we installed in Double Troubles and the same one I used in my own SSR. We build these to be fairly tight at low rpm so you don't notice it much at low speeds but when you nail the throttle it will flash higher and dramatically improve acceleration.
