Seems pretty straight forward to me: Maui Mike posted the first VIN of the FPR run directly from Chevy's 2006 Production Stats (Click Here -->http://www.ssrfanatic.com/forum/atta...sr_history.pdf) as posted elsewhere on this site. #23262 comes before #23287. Therefore, the blue truck in question is not a FPR vehicle.

Mcvette2 is in Kingman, maybe if he is so inclined, he could take ride down to Findlay and find out what kind of scam they are running there.
