Go to the section where you want to start a new thread - General, Parts, SSRs for sale, Off Topic, etc.
At the top left is a gray button that says "New Thread" Click on that, and you're good to go.
Make sure you spell the topic right - it's there for good. Can't be edited except by a moderator. Been there, done that. Bad place to be dyxlexic.
