now it's my turn - my Mum needs prayers

I will spare everyone my usual "medically correct" description and simply state that she had some very heavy bleeding unusual in a woman over 65. She had to go to the ER. The bleeding did stop, and tests were done. The ER doc was very unspecific, but told her there is "something" visible on the images. He did not, perhaps could not, say what that something was. He did tell her that she would need surgery.

Of course, I am frustrated. I would have liked to have seen the images myself. I have seen a lot of "things" in my work, and I can make some accurate guesses. And my mother, as most people tend to do, did not ask enough, nor the correct, questions.

So, we won't know the test results until her Monday morning appointment, assuming that doctor can access her test results from the ER. It's going to be a long weekend.
