I cut the horizontal tubes about 2 inches from where they are welded to the vertical tubes, and inserted a sleeve. All I need to do is take off 2 bolts, slide the nerf bars off, line up where I need to cut the spoiler and reinstall the nerf bars after the spoiler is cut, painted and installed.

You could still do that with yours, but the cutting and drilling of holes would have to be done on the truck instead of in a bandsaw and drill press. Maybe a plasma cutter? Drilling the stainless might be a bit of a challenge.

I also welded a 1/8" bar to the frame, then drilled and tapped the bar and frame so I could bolt the nerf bars on. I can go from nerfy to non-nerfy in a couple minutes.

Only problem - some of my Fanatic friends have their eyes on my nerf bars, and they're easily removed.
How about some pictures Ray?
