I was pulled over for loud side exhaust many years ago.
I told him it was stock from the factory. He let me go.
I don't know what the complaint is about loud exhaust from the SSR.
People ride Harley's with straight pipes, They get inspection stickers.????

I have side pipes on my SSR and I also have a Harley with straight pipes. And my SSR drowned out my Harley so much so the cops stopped me here in Florida and had to disconnect them. But found some cork screw type of baffles that are to be better for sound and not kill the low end power for the side pipes. Once I have them connected I'll try to post a sound clip of them.
