The SSR is a one shot deal. They are special and will not be around forever. You can get a low mileage R now. If you wait the miles go up. Corvettes are totally awesome...but a dime a dozen. Nobody ever walked up to a Vette owner and asked them "What Is That"?
Sell you on the R? On my first post I asked people to give me reasons not to buy an R. Someone said I'm on the wrong Forum if I'm looking for reasons not to buy.
Events/fun/friends made from owning an R. Coolest Ride I ever owned. Made several friendships local & distant. Fun? Everyday and every time I get into my R...or talk about it or just go for a short cruise it's a JoyRide. The R should be called SSR HeadTurner.
Buy the R...you can always get a Vette. I started out shopping for a Vette. Bought the R instead two years ago. No regrets. Every day is like day one. The R never gets old.
you know you want one....start shopping and keep us posted Good Luck, Frank
