Yes, short story now long.

I did buy the truck last month for my 50th. My wife said to get for out here in Colorado and we'll pay it off at the end of the year. W e have a home in Florida where the red is at and the wife said we'll put the yellow on our line of credit. We have a land investment with others on 5,700 acres on the Florida west coast. We hoped to get a large return at the end of this year and pay off all of our debts and buy my wife the BMW she has wanted all her life. The land deal is taking the grazing land, entitling it and zoning it for builders. I talked with the major investor that is running the project and he told me that it will not return at the end of this year but maybe another two years. So we are worried about carrying the debt while still keeping two homes. My income is fixed and we are at break even with our bills and will not be able to pay the line of credit off until the land deal pays back.
