Good News
My dent is removed and looks like new. They said they did not replace any of the exterior pieces which most of you agreed they should do. I was really suprised of the service and how fast they worked on Silver Wolf, one week (five business days).
They allowed me to examine her every day when she was in the shop. Also they respected my wishes on not running her through a regular auto wash so they called a guy in to hand wash. He did alright, left a few water spots. Will post pics of the rear fender sometime this week.
Thanks to all those who gave me advice because those we also my concerns when I was looking for a shop.
