So the caravan from the coast will gather as follows - meeting place is at Duke's Pub. From Hwy #1 take the # 109 exit, Yale Road. If you were heading east on the #1 then turn right at the stop sign and go about 1/8km around an S curve. Duke's is on the right side. Departure time is pegged at 1:00pm. So the valley people can get there earlier to have luch if they wish. The ferry traffic will get there when they get there. I'm still not sure if Wayne and I will be able to join.
I was intending to go east on the #3 after Hope. Is this what the rest of you thought?

I was going to email everyone I though would be coming from Vancouver to the Okanagan.
I recommend taking the Hope Princeton to Penticton.
There is major road widening happening just north of Summerland, affecting anyone taking the Coquihalla connector. They are blasting daily, so the highway can be shut down for an hour plus, usually early to mid afternoon. They are also wetting the road following blast debris cleanup - it's messy at times.
