Angry Stereo

Got in my ssR on Sunday after being out of town for a week and the 6cd changer part of the radio isn't working, was working when I left but now I hit CD and nothing, I had all 6 slots loaded but now the display says that 2 isn't in there so I think it might have been jammed or something. If i go and try to hit eject several times a INITIALIZING message comes on but turns off afterwhile and nothing happens. Its no making any mechanical noise and like I said you hit the radio button and that part works fine. Any assistance would be appreciated, is this a common part that fails? How do I get out the CD's if I do have to get a new one? And finally where would I find one like it or another that would work with the integrated steering wheel buttons?
