It also works on plexi, polycarbonate, eye glasses (plastic in particular), head lite lens(cover), as it is not as aggressively abrasive as the cleaners and polishes. The test is to rub some between your fingers and feel for the "grit", the least, the BETTER for polishing. It doesn't really take the scratches out, but blends the hard edge so that it isn't so noticeable.
Perfect fix? NO
Quick remedy? OK
It's still there, you just don't notice it so quickly. Just don't obsess over it and it will be OK......
