The new (years old by now) "Sierra" coolant (orange) is designed to go 5yrs/ 100K miles. It's still good to check it once in a while for propper degree protection. Other than that it should be good for quite a while.

I'll see what they tell me when I take mine in for a Mobil one oil change this morning.
