Hollow Valve Stems on a Corvette ? What happened to Titanium for weight loss. The cost of the 6.2 is way up there anyway. Just my opinion but Titanium is not that expensive anymore. One pit or Breach in the stem will attract enough heat to bend a hollow valve stem. I think Gm is looking for a lot of valve dropping in to the Cylinder.
