Last Saturday a top secret summit meeting was held in Daytona, and it was decided the Florida SSR Fanatics would organize.
One of the topics of concern was "border security" - it was decided we need a contact for out of state SSRs so that a "Visitor's Visa" may be issued and proper meet and greets could be planned for their visit.
(There was also talk of a system to alert unsuspecting Floridians as soon as SSRHeartbeat crossed the border, we're still working on that
).
For many reasons (he is the oldest Floridian, so we're assuming he's the wisest; he has the blingy-est engine compartment;he has an e-mail contact list as long as SSRHeartbeat's hair), Dick Bellville was nominated to be our fearless leader. He tried to run
, but we held him down and he agreed to do it as long as he was allowed to appoint some "ambassadors" from around Florida to help him out.
So in the spirit of Democracy, all Floridians please vote to accept Dick Bellville and his hand-picked cabinet as our official social directors. Dick also does not like the title President (it's gotten a bad rap the past decade or so
), so please suggest titles that would reflect his new status. Also, if there is an area lacking in representation, please feel free to nominate an additional ambassador.
