Paint Clouding
Thanks Doug I tried hand buffing, it didnt have any effect, I had it at the dealer and they are checking on warranty.
Your spotting comment is interesting as the dealer washed the car last week after service, when i got it home it had water spots all over it but they wiped off with a wet towel. I noticed the clouding 3 or 4 days later on the lower part off the hood.but larger then the water spots.
