My 2 cents? In Missouri the regular does not contain 10% ethanol and has a lower octane rating on the pump than the Ethanol which is considered a midrange. At some stations the ethanol added is 3 to 4 cents higher. Other places its the same or cheaper. I read that the ethanol is subsudized by the GOV'T so it should be cheaper. I've tried to go green and use it but found my mileage drops 15 to 20% depending on the car and it really made my 76 vette smell funny, not like it was running rich and more like a french fry?
