I had the same draining problem on my 04 With an Optima Yellow top (yellow top was dead!! after a year of battery tender charges). GM refused to replace my ignition switch so I had a standard battery installed and I'm back to draining. I plan have the ignition switch replaced now that it is still draining. Dealer says they never heard of ignition switch problems having worked on 800 plus SSR's. Surprised I'm not
