here's a suggestion for you and Jim (the travelers).........
Appleby's is about 1.5 miles north of the Doubletree on 44th street. It's on the east side of the street and they have a really diverse menu. There are also some "lighter" fares that will suit your traveling bodies and a great selection of spirits for the rest of us. Most important is that this will be the least impact on your wallets before departure......
Save that $$ for spending on the Islands.
Would you like me to call and set aside some space for us there????? Debbie and I eat there pretty regularly for lunch.
