I've been in this situation now and then too and will not return when I run into it. I don't mind paying fees that go to a good cause but I want to be treated like everyone else in a fair manner.

There are times when I run into the opposite as well. Just recently I was at a car show that had a new Challenger with 30 miles on it .......... guess who won Best of Show? It's not fair to those that but time and effort to keep and maintain a car in a certain condition. Judges should take mileage into consideration sometimes too. I don't expect to win against a 32 Ford that has been well built but I sure as heck ought to win against a 72 Chevy 4x4 pickup that just returned from the woods with the hood closed.

I think many of us have felt your pain at one time or another.
